Oklahoma Health Board License Law Seeks Compliance by July 1 2016
Oklahoma facilities including hotels lodging houses drug stores grocery stores restaurants soda fountains confessionaries fruit stores bakeries and markets must obtain annual licenses from the State Board of Health by July 1 2016. Fees range to 100 for most licenses with rooming houses and hotels at 2.00 and up. Payments go to Guthrie. Penalties for noncompliance range from 2500 to 8100.07 dollars.
