Taken in Prime of Life death claims Low Eis of Clearcreek

Death entered our midst last week taking Low Eis, a mid life man from Clearcreek. He suffered typhoid fever followed by appendicitis and an operation in Beaver. After a slow recovery his condition worsened and he died around 4 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services were held Saturday at 10 a.m. Rev. L. L. Shaw officiating. A large circle of friends mourn his passing and sympathy is extended to his wife and two children. A A M lodge and Masons held a picnic at Geo. H Wright grove, and Rev. Shaw’s parents left for Liberal Kansas for treatments. Efforts for Mrs. Shaw’s health continue.

Miss Enid Miller Visits Relatives in Missouri

Miss Enid Miller left last week for a visit with relatives in Missouri. She stayed with aunt Meadora Harvey of Floris. Mrs Johnnie M Jones, visiting relatives, left Saturday for Wichita Kansas to visit her ill sister. HON Lawson returned from Hutchinson Kansas after two weeks with wife and child Gretchen. Mrs Lawson remained for a longer visit.

Miller Drops In From Oklahoma City With New Car

Clark D P Miller arrived Tuesday from Oklahoma City in a new white car bought there last week. The vehicle shows a fine appearance and runs well. Miller returned Thursday from Chicago and Michigan visits reporting a pleasant trip and improved health.
