Obituary for Jeptha Seate Johnnson of Twin Mound area

Jeptha Seate Johnnson born November 10 1854 in Champlain moved with parents to Kallyeton Tawa at age two. Converted early, married Mabella J Shackleford July 18 1878, to be together till December 19 112. He moved to Beaver County March 22 108 lived as a Christian admired by all. He died without children leaving a devoted wife and a church legacy at Twin Mound.

Mrs Tolbert Weight of Cottonwood died Saturday after a brief illness. Her condition had not appeared serious earlier, and her sudden death was a shock to relatives and friends. Burial was held in Beaver Cemetery Sunday, leaving a husband and one child to mourn a loving wife and mother. Sympathy extended to the immediate family.

John J Tinkler died after paralysis in Utah while seeking work

John J Tinkler born March 19 1862 in mound Illinois died December 22 1812 after a paralysis stroke at Castle Gate Utah while with his eldest son. He moved from Kansas to Oklahoma in 1887 and later resided in Paonl Colorado Me area. He married Clara fola May in Woolward Oklahoma and had two sons William and McKinley. He joined the Christian church at Deighton Oklahoma in 1902. Funeral services were led by Rev O G Stout and burial was at Cedar Hill Cemetery. He is remembered as a kind husband and father with strong community ties in Reaver.
