A State Executive Committee order calls a State Convention at Oklahoma City on Monday August 28 at 2:00 PM to adopt a state platform and ratify primary nominations. Delegates, roughly equal gender representation, tally one for every 100 votes plus fractions from 1920, are to be chosen by county or precinct meetings with county chairs coordinating.
M J Howe of Wichita and wife Mrs Howe visited Bere recently and returned to Beaver this week. The Howes with niece Minsden Dillon noted the Ever-Bright stove and a large pre demonstration planned. A Majestic Range demonstration at Troax-Walker last week drew many housewives. Mrs J R McCay and Miss Meomore McCay from Medicine Lodge visited since Thursday. License issued for Grace Mahie and Chas Peat of Fowler Kan. St L Coeil of Forgan performed the ceremony. Wade Loofbourrew and wife from Buffalo visiting extended stay. Jo Mien and wife from Wichita connected with Hintlair OU transfer to Beaver Oil. Two days of plowie at Haimal’s grower well attended.
