Pomeroy's Assailant Found Guilty in Manslaughter
Pollard and Sinny Butter, inmates at the intellene asylum in Woodward County, faced murder charges in district court last week. Pollard was acquitted while Butler was found guilty of second degree manslaughter with leniency recommended. Judge Steen sentenced Butler to eight months in jail and a $290 fine.
