Scout Leader Kemp to Visit Gladstone for Talk
Commissioner H Kemp of the Boy Scouts Association of South Australia will speak at the Gladstone Scout Hall on 15 March at 8 pm. Admission is free. He will present pictures and discuss Scouting, its aims, and the local troop under Mr Waltek’s leadership.
