Death of Femby Township Highway Commissioner
Femby of Coe township died suddenly last Tuesday morning as he started his day’s work. He had heart problems since a hunting trip last autumn but was well that morning. He collapsed outside his door. his wife found him dead. He would have been 69 next month and leaves a widow, two daughters, and five sons.

George Clough of St. Louis died after a collision at the Ely street railroad crossing while attempting to close the crossing gate in his automobile. Edwin Clough of St. Louis was struck by a northbound motor car and seriously injured.

Tragedy Near Milton Track Claims Electrician Clough
An accident at a crossing near Milton Track involving a streetcar and Mr. Clough left him critically injured, then died Wednesday night. Clough, 35, an electrician for St. Louis Electric Light Co, was pinned in his demolished car and transported to Brainerd Hospital where skull fractures and multiple injuries were reported before his death. He leaves a wife and two children.
