Michigan Manual for 1911 Delayed by Census Figures
Secretary of State Martindale has received the Michigan Manual for 1911, with distribution ready. The publication is later than usual due to late 1910 census data from Washington. The volume is bulkier, featuring extensive lists of former state officials and house members, numerous illustrations, and carefully compiled election statistics. Ralph Miller plans a two to three week trip through the Canadian northwest, visiting Edmonton and other Alberta locales. Last Wednesday a Delevan family reception at the Methodist church featured music by local performers and, on behalf of the church, Rev. Doty presented the family with a silver baking dish. Mrs. Delevan and daughters are active in church work, leaving hard-to-fill vacancies.
