After a long illness Mrs Harriet M Burger died at her mother's Alma residence on Oct 1 at age 74. A kindergarten graduate from Alma College and pianist organist, she lived in Michigan and North Carolina with her husband Dr William Burger who died in 1886. Funeral at the Presbyterian church with Dr A F Bruske, interment Riverside cemetery. She left a daughter Carol and was praised as a faithful church worker. Also included are Eli Perkins composition notes, theater and property ads, and winter apples for sale.
