Alma to pave four miles of state highway this year

Alma plans nearly four miles of state trunk line paving this year with a total cost around 158000. Banks will back bonds and the city adds ten feet of pavement to widen to thirty feet with curb, linking toward a St Louis Alma corridor. Mayor Murphy sent a telegram to the state highway commissioner confirming the plan and urging action.
