Farewell to Alma minister draws crowd at college
Howard Moore of Ionia, and F. P. Knowles, preached two sermons at Alma College. Knowles, soon to study at Auburn Theological Seminary, drew a large crowd with talks on spiritual union and the Prodigal Son. Moore sang a tenor solo and Alma residents wished Knowles Godspeed as he prepares for his life of gospel work.
