Alma Edges Olivet In Debating Duel On Wealth Policy
Alma College led by Georgy P Florst Alexander Sayles and Irwin E Sradfigld won the May 1 debate against Olivet College. Judges Hon Arthur J Tuttle Supt CL Warriners and William A Babke ruled 2 to 1 for the Alma team. The event featured a reception in Wright Hall and a lengthy argument on wealth, taxation and the diffusion of wealth.
