13th Annual Commencement Celebrates Alma Graduates
Alma public schools marked the 13th annual commencement with a sermon by John Boe of Albion College and extensive exercises. Eighth grade graduates gathered at the Presbyterian church for speeches and essays, while the high school program featured a series of orations, essays, and songs culminating in diplomas presented by the board of education.
