A deliberate jumper on Consolidated Light and Power Company lines cut power to Alma patrons for hours last Saturday and damaged the Mt Pleasant plant. Manager Connor found a forged steel jumper near Alma two miles north of town. The switchboard at Mt Pleasant burned, injuring an employee who may lose sight, and another worker was seriously shocked.
