Bank Robbery Seminar Draws Local Law Officers
About 75 people from area law enforcement and financial firms attended a bank robbery seminar at City Hall. FBI special agents William Mattingly and Wayland Archer and Lt. Ben Kiburis led the session to train bond and loan company reps and improve cross agency coordination in robbery response.
