Train hijacking ends with firefight and hostage deaths
Dutch marines and jets stormed a hijacked train and nearby school in Glimmen freeing 53 hostages after a 19 day standoff. Six gunmen and two hostages died, nine hostages plus wounded personnel reported. assailants at the school surrendered with others, some in their undershorts.
