Man Caught In Downtown Race Fined and Jailed
A 26 year old Indianapolis man James Ivan Wethington pleaded guilty to three charges after a downtown alley pursuit. He was fined 110.75 and sentenced to five days in jail with a one year license suspension. His companion Susan Loraine Bledsoe was released.
