Gojack of Fort Wayne Indiana general vice president of the independent United Electrical Workers was indicted by a Federal grand jury for contempt of Congress for refusing to answer questions on communism. Harry Sacher a New York lawyer was also indicted on similar charges. Sacher defended the 11 top Communist leaders convicted in 1949.
