Beatrice Silva of Taos County Housing Authority says 67 year old Brian OBrien was evicted after leaving a burner on and burning the stove in his home in Las Casitas Questa. Authorities say the house was unsafe and neighbors are at risk. Three times since Oct 6 Silva has sought help for OBrien but has not pressed charges.
