Morris Harrison Welty, 28, of Thoreau New Mexico, was towing a vehicle on State Road 68 south of Ranchos de Taos when two vehicles swerved on a downhill turn. His four wheel drive overturned and he was cited for improper towing. Holy Cross Hospital had no record of admission.
