Gordon, 30, interned in Mitchells office before her Aug 19 1985 DeWitt apartment finding. she studied pathology at University Hospital. Sidney Manes sues to compel a homicide ruling after inquiry and potential grand jury investigation.
Dr Nanette Gordon left an estate valued over 300000 when she died mysteriously in her DeWitt apartment in 1989. The probate assets include securities real estate treasury notes money market funds jewelry and solid gold items. The case centers on whether her death was homicide with Dr Eric Mittenell the county medical examiner opposing the label due to insufficient evidence. Sidney Manes of Syracuse says the estate is not the issue and the family seeks a definite verdict before moving on. Estate details appeared in the papers on the Gordon estate page.
