The U S Court of Appeals lifted a Kennedy Airport ban on the Concorde SST but kept landings in limbo as the ruling will be appealed within 21 days. Five Charged in Theft of Judge's Car
Five youths aged 15 to 17 were arrested after a car stolen from City Court Judge Joseph F. Falco was recovered in the 100 block of Adams Street. Judge Falco said the vehicle disappeared after he left a Boy Scout meeting at St. Alban's Church. All five were charged with unlawful use of a vehicle and entry was gained by breaking a side window.
