Falco fights reelection as probe rocks City Court
Chief City Court Judge Joseph F Falco denies a sexual coercion complaint filed by a Criminal Division employee. He calls the probe a cheap political trick while facing an election challenge from attorney Brian DeJoseph. Police and district attorney offices declined comment. The case coincides with investigations into Judge J Richard Sardino, brother of the police chief, for alleged misconduct and a secret filming incident last fall.
