Fair night and chilly start to week forecast

The forecast calls for a fair night with lows 35 to 40 and a cloudy day tomorrow reaching 60 to 65. Rain chance remains low at 10 percent. October marks the wettest since 1955 with 6.6 inches to date and 3.24 inches fell over two to three days, surpassing the 1955 record of 8.29 inches. Normal October rainfall is 0.9 inches.

Stones fan killed at Rolling Stones concert in Astrodome

A 22-year-old Wesley Shelton died from two chest wounds after a fight over snacks at a concession stand during the Rolling Stones concert at the Astrodome. A 16-year-old male was arrested. Promoters reported sellout crowds for both shows with $18 tickets.
