Indictments Return Fraud Charges Against Syracuse Residents
Two Syracuse men face federal indictments for forging and passing a $25 U.S. Government bond. The cases name Darry L. Tackett of 615 Almond St and Glenn B. Stokes of 5095 McMcBridge St as defendants. A water boiler exploded in the rear of Edwards & Son in Trae Court on March 16 causing $3,000 in damage but no injuries. Robert J. Walker of 314 Lina St was arrested after the blast and faces charges of dangerous driving and driving an unregistered vehicle. he is pending court on Monday.
