County seizes first car in new DWI campaign

Onondaga County E-911 will become operational at 7 am Tuesday officials announced Friday. Sheriff John Dillon gave cautious mixed reactions calling it a gamble but hopeful. He said the announcement surprised him and he will see how it works once switched on.
