Earl K. Shoemaker 22 of Willowdale Road Skaneateles was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving an unregistered vehicle after his milk truck struck a cow owned by Lewis A. Mulroy in Marcellus near West Seneca Street around 9 am. Deputies Beebe and Hayford detained him nearby shortly after the incident.
