DeWitt supervisor faces clash over town staff cuts
DeWitt Supervisor Kelly Dellas faced criticism for a plan to trim the town work force next year to hold taxes steady. Republican Kenneth Andrews proposed a separate $9 million budget with a 2 percent tax cut and no staff layoffs, while Dellas favored cutting 334 jobs and reducing hours for about 120 employees. Dellas said she would study Andrews' figures.
