A car crash into a utility pole knocked out power to about 2 100 customers near Oswego including Oswego Hospital and four nursing homes. By 7 30 a m 600 customers remained without power with full restoration later expected by 9 a m. Roger Temple 26 and Terry Phillips 25 of Walcott fled the scene before the fire was extinguished.
