A car bomb aimed at Prime Minister Atef Sedki detonated in Heliopolis Cairo, killing one woman and injuring twelve, while Sedki was unharmed. Eight cars were burned, school windows shattered, and students fled as police evacuated the area. Jihad faction claimed responsibility.
