Thanksgiving sledding accident leaves 22-year-old crippled
Joseph Staski, 22, of 4233 Makyes Road in Onondaga, was sledding at Wescott Reservoir about 2 p.m. Thursday when he hit a ramp, flew from his sled, and struck an icy bank. He broke his back and lay in the ICU at University Hospital in serious condition awaiting surgery.
