Larry Linen, accused of the most suspensions in New York state, was stopped by police after an illegal U turn. He was dancing without a license and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, plus a citation for driving without a license. Sergeant Edward Caro of the NYPD confirmed the incident.
