Bonn Germany Bosnian Foreign Minister Haris Silajdzic said on Friday that about 100000 people, mostly Muslims, had been killed in Serbian attacks since last spring as he toured Germany to build diplomatic ties. Other officials put deaths at 140000 among boys and men, with fears of more deaths from exposure and starvation this winter as Muslims flee ethnic cleansing.
