A Rochester woman, Mrs. Alice Bailey, 64, died after a heavily loaded tank truck ran out of control down West Ca millus Hill Thursday afternoon. Her companion, Mrs. Laura Bush, 170, is in serious condition with rib fractures and shock at Onondaga General Hospital. Investigators including Assistant District Attorney Jesse Cantor and state police questioned driver George Arberger and helper William Uhl, who were detained overnight for further questioning. The crash damaged two cars and two trucks. Arberger had a minor knee injury, Uhl was unharmed. Concluded on Page 12, Column 5.
