Pregnant inmate dragged to punitive cell by deputies

Eight months pregnant Nikki Wright, 22, lay on a bunk at the Public Safety Building jail on April 16 when deputies crowded into her cell and ordered her to move. Renewed clashes between rebels and the Hutu led army halted aid to refugees and raised fears of renewed ethnic slaughter.
