Clinton seeks Caribbean cooperation at first US summit

Korean Memorial Falls Into Disrepair Near Lincoln
The 18 million Korean Memorial on the national Mall has deteriorated two years after dedication. Stones around the fountain have slipped, water is absent from the three tier pool, the fountain is stagnant, and trees are dead.
