Andrew Flynn awoke to load a Ticises outside his tent and fired one shot through the canvas after mistaking a noise for an animal. His 12-year-old nephew Lucas Flynn was hit and died. Police say Flynn, 31, was awakening when he fired. He faces second-degree manslaughter charges and is held in Herkimer. The incident occurred on remote state land near Middle Branch Lake in Webo.
