Police raided the rear room of Simone's Lunch Bar at 717 N Ja na Street. Carl Grenga pleaded guilty as proprietor and was fined 250 dollars and jailed a year with sentence suspended for veteran status. Frank Bagozzi and Sam Magro pleaded guilty to related charges and were fined 50 and 25 dollars. Officers confiscated 381 dollars in cash a blackjack table and four chrome stools. Thirteen witnesses were dismissed.
