A pre-dawn head-on crash on Route 57 in Clay injured two drivers. Mark Bell, 20, of Liverpool, suffered multiple injuries and was hospitalized. William Neuman, 56, of Baldwinsville, was treated and released. Bell was cited for driving while intoxicated and other violations after investigation.

Two men charged in armed robbery in South Avenue case
