A pre-dawn head-on crash on Route 57 in Clay injured two drivers. Mark Bell, 20, of Liverpool, suffered multiple injuries and was hospitalized. William Neuman, 56, of Baldwinsville, was treated and released. Bell was cited for driving while intoxicated and other violations after investigation.

Two men charged in armed robbery in South Avenue case
Franklin Perry and two other victims were threatened with a knife and a pistol during a robbery at a South Avenue residence. Perry was hurt when he tried to wrench the handgun away. East Syracuse Woman Seriously Injured In DeWitt Crash
A 22 year old East Syracuse woman Terri A. Miller was left in serious condition with multiple internal injuries after her car sped off Kirkville Road near Franklin Park Drive at 3 20 am.
