Nun-Softball Collision Sparks $1.5 Million Suit in Syracuse
In Burnet Park on a July 14 1994 summer night a collision at home plate between The Change Of Pace player Rawson and catcher Sarah Roche left Roche with a broken tibia. Roche sues Rawson and The Change Of Pace bar and restaurant plus the City of Syracuse for 500000 each. Roche’s attorney says the act was intentional while Rawson cites fair play and faith.
