At 3705 Brewerton Road Salina on March 19 the inspection found many violations including unlabeled spray bottles and improper labeling behind the bar, smoked beef stored over four inches deep, pork wontons at 61 degrees, rapid cooling practices, ice storage not organized, food containers on the floor in the walk in cooler and unprotected open containers, items not separated from cooling ice, knives stored improperly, small utensils dirty, meat thawing at room temperature, employees not wearing hair restraints, damp wipes not disinfected, dirty can openers and containers, shelving and tables not clean, walk in cooler storage areas dirty, hand sinks lacking towels, dumpster uncovered, and floor dirty under equipment and at dishwasher area.
