Northerly winds gust past 30 mph across the mid Atlantic and Northeast. Temperatures vary from teens to 80s regionally, with a thermal spread including 20s and 30s in the north and 60s to 80s elsewhere. Sunday’s lows ranged from 28 to minus 8 degrees in some locales.
