Husband aids wife’s death by pudding in Buffalo case
In Springville near Buffalo, John Bement was found guilty of manslaughter for feeding Judith Bement a vanilla pudding laced with her own hoarded drugs. Her daughter Cynthia Hull and sister Susan Randall testified, noting the six-year decline from Lou Gehrie disease to paralysis before the fatal spoonful on June 28, 1996.
