A 29-year-old maintenance worker from Houston was being questioned by police about the slayings of three women found in bathtubs. One victim was identified as the estranged wife of former Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus. He was arrested in San Antonio on an unrelated felony theft warrant issued in February by Bexar County deputies.
