F A Wingate OCC vice president dies after illness
Dr Francis A Wingate 67 of 204 Sherbourne Road died last night at State University Hospital after a weeks long illness. He was vice president and repeater at Ortondaga Community College and had a long career at Syracuse University, Bowdoin College and Harvard. Born in Hallowell Maine, he served in the Army 1941 46.
