We could be living healthier lives says survey
Prevention magazine reports Americans fall short of healthy behaviors. A 1262 adult survey across 21 practices yields a 65.6 average score, down from 66.8 and the lowest since 1989. Findings include 75 percent always wearing seat belts, 37 percent exercising vigorously, 59 percent sleeping seven to eight hours, and 10 percent nine hours plus. About 30 percent sleep six hours or less.
