New York March 6 Ike Luckman, fugitive from the Drukman murder case for nearly four years, surrendered to his attorney and pleaded innocent in a Brooklyn court on an indictment for conspiracy. Held on 10000 bail, he is brother to Meyer Luckman and uncle to Harry Luckman, both in Sing Sing for the Samuel Dani slaying.
