Five day forecast for central New York shows variable skies. Tomorrow partly sunny, then mostly sunny Sunday, with increasing warmth into Monday and Tuesday. A slight shower is possible midweek but confidence low.
Storms sweep the Northeast Midwest and Plains with thundershowers and hail possible up to 50 mph winds. A front introduces clearing and dry conditions in the Mid Atlantic Ohio Valley and Southeast while the West remains warm under high pressure. Temperatures range from lows in the 30s to highs in the 90s across the Lower 48 with lingering showers in the Northwest and humid air along the front.
Lakes forecast shows southwest winds 1-2 knots with 1-2 foot waves and good visibility. Ontario region expects southwest winds 5-12 knots with 1-2 foot waves and excellent visibility. Finger Lakes forecast calls for southwest winds 6-12 knots, 1-2 foot waves, and excellent visibility.
