Rochester bomb plot tied to girlfriend's family murders
A federal grand jury indicted Michael Stevens and Earl Figley on 16 counts for five murders and bomb attacks in Rochester and surrounding towns. They allegedly planned assaults against Brenda Lazarechevere’s relatives with multiple explosives, hid dynamite and disguises, and studied security handling of packages. Both pleaded not guilty and await arraignment.
