Lawyer seeks suppression of Harris murder evidence

Ithaca attorney William P. Sullivan Jr. asks Tompkins County court to suppress police evidence against Shirley Kinge, charged with arson burglary and possession tied to the Harris family murders. He claims police mistreated Kinge, coerced statements, and tainted a lineup, while prosecutors say the evidence was gathered legally. The judge is expected to rule next week on suppression motions.
